INSULFLEX PRIVACY POLICY

INSULFLEX is committed to preserving the privacy of all customers who use the INSULFLEX application (the “App”) owned or controlled by INSULFLEX and E-Soft. Please read the following privacy policy to understand how INSULFLEX uses and protects information that you provide as a result of using the application. By registering or making any reservation via the App you consent to the collection, use and transfer of your information under the terms of this policy. Collected Information

When you visit, register or order products or services on the App you may be asked to provide certain information about yourself (“personally identifiable information”) so that we can provide you with a particular service. For example, if you would like to make a reservation at the centre in our database, we will ask you for information such as your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, credit and debit card number, and room preference to process your reservation. We will use your email address to send a confirmation and, if necessary, might use the other information to contact you for help to process the reservation. We may also use your email address to notify you about special offers and promotions as described in the Email section of this policy, but you can opt out of e-mails at any time by following the procedures outlined in that section of this statement.

Use of Information

The personally identifiable information you provide to us will be used to enable us to provide a particular product or service such as making a reservation. If you cancel your reservation, the information is stored for record-keeping purposes only and is not accessed again. After making a reservation or completing your stay at our centre, unless you tell us otherwise, the information you provide may be used by us for direct marketing of other products and services provided by INSULFLEX or the products and services of selected reputable third parties with whom INSULFLEX has a strategic marketing relationship because they offer products or services that we believe would of interest to you.

We have implemented technical, managerial, and operational security, rules, procedures and measures, to ensure that your personal information is held within operating environments that are not available to the public. We take steps to guard against unauthorised access, improper use, alteration, destruction, and accidental loss of personal data. This includes rules for all our staff with access to the servers or databases that hold your personal information. Although we make every effort to create a secure environment for your personal information, we cannot guarantee the safety of any personal information you transmit to us online.

Disclosure of Information to Third Parties

INSULFLEX uses the services of third parties, such as email service providers, App developer  and marketing companies that act as agents on its behalf. These parties are contractually prohibited from using personally identifiable information for any purpose other than for the purpose INSULFLEX specifies. In addition, we may disclose your personally identifiable information to successors in title to our business. We do provide non-personally identifiable information to certain service providers for their use on an aggregated basis for the purpose of performing their contractual obligations to us. We prohibit the sale or transfer of personal information to entities outside of INSULFLEX for their use without your approval.

Account Deletion

Account will be deleted once customer had checked out from centre. In an event where INSULFLEX customer submitted an account deletion, you will be contacted for verification through mediums such as email, phone call or any communication method available within our reach.

All personal information and data will be dispose safely after such request for account deletion is approved. We also have the rights to reject such request on account deletion. In such cases, mandatory data retention is required due to statutory provisions, especially those affecting our accounting process, processing of claims, for fraud detection or prevention purposes,which may prohibit account deletion or anonymisation.

Minors

Safeguarding the personal information of children is important to INSULFLEX. Minors under 18 are not allowed to make a reservation and we encourage children to ask a parent or guardian for permission before accessing the app. Where we have reasons to believe that a user is under the age of 18, we try to collect the minimum amount of personal information necessary for the effective operation of our services. We also endeavour not to share with third parties any personal information supplied by users believed to be aged under 18. No information should be submitted to, or posted on the app by visitors under the age of 18 without the consent of their parent or guardian.

Changes

In future, we may need to change this policy. All changes will be made here so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information and whether we will disclose it to anyone.
